We want you to be completely in love with your D'IYANU purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Your Refund Method

  Select whether you would like to receive an exchange for a different size, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
